Cookie Policy
This page explains what Chia Film stores on your device, which is very little, and how you can see or remove it. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice, which covers personal data more broadly.
The short version
- We set no advertising cookies.
- We set no analytics or statistics cookies.
- We set no social media or third-party tracking cookies.
- The only thing stored is your answer to our cookie notice, saved in your browser's local storage.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website can place in your browser, which are sent back to the site with later requests. Local storage is a similar browser feature: a small store of information that stays on your device and is not sent to the website automatically. Many sites use these tools to track visitors across pages and services. Chia Film does not.
What we actually store

That entry contains only your choice. It does not identify you, it is not linked to any other data and it never leaves your device. Choosing "decline" changes nothing about how the site works, because there are no optional cookies to switch off.
Cookies from other sites
A small number of older articles link to other websites. If you follow one of those links, the other site may set its own cookies under its own policy. We do not control those cookies and cannot see them.
How to view or remove the stored choice
Every major browser lets you inspect and clear what a site has stored. Look in your browser's settings for options called something like "site data", "cookies and site data" or "storage". You can clear data for chiafilm.com alone or for all sites. After clearing, the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit, and you can make a fresh choice.
You can also block storage for the site altogether. Chia Film will still work; the notice may simply reappear each time.
If this ever changes
If we ever add a feature that needs another cookie, we will list it on this page with its purpose and lifetime before it goes live, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
